Realizing this is what she wanted to do with her life, Tammy decided to attend culinary school at Kendall College in Evanston. From their Tammy Montesinos talents blossomed. Working at Concord for more than 20 years, Tammy and her husband decided to make their dream of owning a bakery a reality. After applying to be on the hit TV show Cake Boss, which you must tune in to hear this story, Sweet T’s Bakery was opened. The bakery has a ton of delectable treats from unbelievable cakes, pastries, cupcakes, and a whole lot more.
