Drafted by the Houston Astros in 1990, Ron has a world of knowledge he passes down to all of his students at The Ballpark teaching academy everyday. From the state of the art facilities to the expert teaching staff, young players are in the right hands at The Ballpark. The staffs dedication to teaching proper mechanics to all their students, is vital in the prevention of injuries. Young aspiring baseball and softball players benefit from expert teaching that The Ballpark provides. We hear it too many times, a young boy or girl hurting their arms do to improper mechanics. Ron Cacini and his staff does everything possible to prevent injury. That is why they are certified with the National Pitchers Association. Ron’s background in education is the ingredient that sets The Ballpark apart. Mapping out a progression schedule for each youngster with their parents puts the players on a path to success and health. The Ballparks staff encourages the parents to get involved by taking video and knowing how to correct their kids mechanics. This prevents more injuries, keeping our young ball players safe. What motivates Ron Cacini everyday? Seeing his students succeed on and off the baseball-softball field. His involvement with the community hiring young kids to work and teach at The Ballpark is something he takes pride in. I recommend you bring your son’s and daughters over to see Ron and his staff.
