On this 97th edition of The Arlington-Prospect Advice Givers Podcast, Tom Kivlahan, of Drost Kivlahan McMahon & O’Connor sits down to discuss the recipe for his Arlington Heights law firms success. Culture is what defines DKMO’s practice. It’s an environment that more law firms should adopt. You can feel the love and the sense of community when you walk through the doors and in our interview.
Founded in 1987, by George Drost, DKMO has become a staple in the Arlington Heights community. It was 1990 when Tom Kivlahan shook George Drost’s hand to form a partnership. A partnership that has been prospering for 28 years. “It’s how we do it that separates us from other law firms,” Tom says. DKMO’s culture and the environment is everything to the partners all the way down the employment ladder. Everyone has a stake in the firm.
DKMO specializes in estate planning, probate, and real estate law. Tom’s advice on how families can successfully navigate their way through the death of a love one is something you should listen to. It’s advice you shouldn’t pass up.
Involvement in the community is something Tom Kivlahan feels is a civic duty. Giving back and participation is something DKMO Law has been doing since the doors opened in 1987. Growing up and raising his own family in Arlington Heights is special to Tom. You can hear the love he has for our great community.
Along the way Tom gives some great advice to all you aspiring attorney’s listening to the Podcast. I suggest you tune for that.
