On this 89th edition of the Podcast, Chip Brooks the co-founder of Hey Nonny Arlington Heights sits down to discuss his new music venue everyone in town is talking about. Chip and his partner Chris had a vision. A vision to bring a music experience to the suburbs that you can only find in the city. Opening night is right around the corner so be sure to purchase your tickets here for Friday October 26th.
In our interview we come to learn from the former attorney how music plays a special role in his life. So special, that he felt the need to share his passion with everyone in the community. Chip Brooks’ passion project came about because he and his wife were tired of driving an hour to hear great live music. He knew the music scene in downtown Arlington Heights was vibrant but he felt the need to kick up to a much higher level.
Hey Nonny is doing just that…
One of the many cool things about the club is, is it will feature different genres for all types of music lovers. Professional touring musicians will be performing on stage six nights a week. There will be blues, jazz, blue grass, zydeco, reggae, and much more.
Not to mention, Hey Nonny will be a farm to table gastropub. Serving fresh delectable dishes for all the foodies out there as well. And HEY, don’t forget the amazing drink menu.
