His chance meeting with a pit master at the Kentucky Derby in 1999, inspired Frank Dejulio to become a barbecue master. The lessons Frank learned in that 45 minute encounter has led him to become a phenomenal restaurant owner. Porky’s BBQ has all the barbecue delectables and fixings we love. From their brisket, pulled pork, and ribs there is something for all barbecue lovers. Trial and error is a big part of coming up with the perfect recipe.
