Growing up the son of a coach, Joe learned many lessons he passes down to his players everyday . Work ethic was at the top of the list growing up in the Pardon family. Joe’s dedication to his kids is evident in this action packed interview. Teaching them not only the game of football but the game of life. Building the team is Joe Pardun’s favorite aspect of coaching. Coaching his kids to believe in each other as one cohesive unit is what has built the Husky program. Coach Joe’s successes can be attributed to his teaching the importance of Academics, life skills, and building character.
